The room I got had a cozy bed, a nice little lounge area, and even a dining table🛋️. Plus, the location of this place was just perfect - super close to the center and so convenient! .

The room we stayed in had a mini bar, a comfy couch, and a cozy lounge area. Having a bathtub in our private bathroom was definitely a nice touch! 🛁.

The hotel is bright and well-maintained. It is set in an impressive area close to the main square on Petko Stainov Street. the room was spacious with good beds. We appreciated having access to wake-up service.

I had a blast enjoying the hotel's hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and massage treatments. The souvenir shop and hairdresser's were a nice touch too.

Loved paying for coffee & tea in my room, because who doesn't like getting charged for something that's usually free?

The Garden Terrace - I had the most delightful evening at the hotel's garden terrace. It felt like dining in an enchanted garden, with twinkling fairy lights and the sweet scent of flowers in the air. The international dishes were simply delectable, making it a truly magical dining experience.

Receptionist's Direction Mishap

We had a truly amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown. The location couldn't have been better - right opposite to the square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Plus, the restaurant had a lovely garden area where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the mornings.

The experience was marred by some negative aspects. The noise from the restaurant and the band on the weekends was disturbing, and the old waiter was quite grumpy with the customers.
